We send goods all over Ukraine, with the help of the Nova Poshta service. The order is sent within 2 - 3 working days. Delivery by courier "Nova Poshta" is possible, to the address specified by you.
Delivery is paid according to the tariffs of the Nova Poshta service.
It is also possible to pick up from our NOVE showroom at 5a Lesia Ukrainka Boulevard from 10:00 to 19:00 on weekdays, or by prior arrangement on weekends.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We deliver orders worldwide. Worldwide delivery is carried out by Ukrposhta. The cost is calculated based on the weight and destination country according to the tariffs of the logistics service. Please note that on arrival in the country of destination, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes of the country of destination. These additional costs are borne by the recipient, in turn, we have no control over such costs and can not predict what they may be. We are also not responsible for delays in international deliveries.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Exchange and return of goods of proper quality is carried out within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. Exchange and return of goods is carried out if the specified goods were not in consumption, preserved its appearance, consumer properties, seals, factory labels and original packaging.
